The Smarter Summer Slush(only 4 ingredients)

The DailyLift Sunset Slush — pink slush with lemon at sunset

If summer has you reaching for frozen lemonades and sugary slushes, this is the upgrade: the fizzy-sweet refreshment, minus the sugar crash — and with the nutrients your muscles, skin, and brain actually put to work.

Here's what's in it, and why each ingredient earns its place.

1

DailyLift (5g creatine + collagen + vitamins)

Creatine is one of the most-studied supplements in existence, and research in women links daily supplementation with support for muscle strength, exercise performance, and cognitive function.1 It also plays a role in cellular hydration — drawing water into muscle cells — exactly the job description for a hot day.

2

Frozen strawberries

Naturally sweet enough to skip added sugar, with polyphenols and vitamin C of their own — supporting the body's collagen synthesis.2 Frozen at peak ripeness, they're also what makes it a slush instead of a juice.

3

Coconut water

A light source of potassium and natural electrolytes. On days you're sweating more, it helps replace what water alone doesn't.

4

Fresh lemon

Brightens the flavor and adds a little extra vitamin C. That's it — no job too small.

You'll Need

  • 1 scoop DailyLift (Pink Lemonade)
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon

To Make It

1

Add everything to the blender — scoop, ice, coconut water, berries, lemon.

2

Blend ~30 seconds until pale pink and slushy. Pour, and take your routine outside.

Works in a shaker with crushed ice, too — beach-bag approved.

Why not just grab a frozen lemonade?

A medium frozen lemonade from a drive-through can carry 50–70g of sugar — more than a can of soda. The rush is real; so is the crash an hour later. This version satisfies the same craving and leaves you with 5g of creatine, collagen, and your daily vitamins instead of a sugar deficit.

One scoop, once a day, wherever summer takes you. Consistency, not perfection.
