Fresh & Frothy(your cold foam fix — no coffee shop required)
That cloud of vanilla cold foam is the best part of a coffee-shop order — so we put it where it belongs: floating on top of your DailyLift. Three ingredients, one frother, zero line.
Here's what's in it, and why each piece earns its place.
DailyLift (5g creatine + collagen + vitamins)
Creatine is one of the most-studied supplements in existence, and research in women links daily supplementation with support for muscle strength, exercise performance, and cognitive function.1 It also plays a role in cellular hydration — drawing water into muscle cells — so an ice-cold glass is exactly where it belongs.
Cold water, mixed first
Eight ounces of cold water, and mix well before the ice goes in. Fully dissolved means no grit at the bottom of the glass — and the same glass doubles as part of your daily hydration.
Non-dairy vanilla creamer
We use Chobani's non-dairy vanilla creamer — plant-based, and just one to two ounces does the job. Straight from the fridge it whips into a genuinely stiff foam, adding a soft vanilla sweetness without turning your drink into a dessert.
The froth
Cold is the whole trick. A handheld frother and 30–45 seconds turns cold creamer into a foam thick enough to float — pour it over the back of a spoon and it sits on top in a clean layer instead of stirring in.
You'll Need
- 1 scoop DailyLift (Pink Lemonade)
- 8oz cold water
- Ice
- 1–2oz cold Chobani non-dairy vanilla creamer
To Make It
Stir one scoop of DailyLift into 8oz of cold water and mix well, until fully dissolved.
Add ice.
Froth 1–2oz of cold creamer until it's somewhat stiff — thick enough to hold its shape.
Pour the foam on top. Don't stir — sip through the cloud.
No frother? A jar with a tight lid and 30 seconds of shaking gets you most of the way there.
Why not just order the cold foam drink?
A coffee-shop cold foam drink runs six or seven dollars, and the sweet cream on top can carry more sugar than the drink under it. This version gives you the same silky top layer at home — in about three minutes, with a fraction of the sugar, and with 5g of creatine, collagen, and your daily vitamins underneath instead of an afternoon crash.
One scoop, once a day, foam optional but recommended. Consistency, not perfection.
